Riverwalk Center Progress

Not only has the Clarke Condo been a great home base for the ski season, it has also helped us move along our wedding plans. And it has allowed us to keep an eye on the Riverwalk Center's construction. Definitely a key component to our wedding!

The cool canvas tent of the old Riverwalk Center is being replaced with a permanent shell. It will still an the open airy feel, and it features glass garage doors that open on to the lawn. But building during one of the snowiest ski seasons can be tricky. And a little nerve wracking for future newlyweds. The photos on the left were taken in January, March, and April. Back in January, there was plenty of commotion, but nothing to really show.

Suddenly, a shell popped up in March. And now in April, the building has really taken form. The first symphony concert is a month before our wedding, so the construction crew is feeling the pressure of an entire town. We're crossing our fingers that Molly won't have to open a can of Bridezilla on them or unleash the New Yorker in her Maid of Honor. Now, we just need that snow to melt...
